Well the last couple of days have been pretty cruisy in Bovec, I have been enjoying paddling on the river. However I haven't been enjoying the daily thunderstorms that have been occurring every afternoon. Surprisingly the river has been slowly dropping throughout the week. I have been feeling like I am paddling pretty well on the river, so I am hoping to have a good race tomorrow.
The weather forecast is for some large storms on Saturday afternoon and the river is predicted to rise 2m for Sunday so all the racing will be on Saturday, the classic is in the morning and the rapid sprint is in the afternoon.
I will write an update tomorrow afternoon after the racing letting you all know how it goes.
