The river is still high!!! Currently laying in bed checking the level out the window and online.. The water is slightly brown on colour ATM, I think I have timed my rest day well. It is going to be interesting/entertaining to see what people do today as it is much higher than anything close to the level we are meant to have for racing.

Current temperature is approx 12 degreees there doesn't appear to be a cloud in the sky that I can see, so i think we should have another day in the mid to high 20's.
