Rest day and firey resin pots

It has been a pretty quite day today. We spent the late morning doing boat repairs..
We got some resin off the French girl dorothy who is in the Spanish team...! Strange I know. Anyways with epoxy resin it is important to get the ratio right otherwise the resin doesn't go off or alternatively catches on fire!
Dorothy told us ratio was 3:1... Matt accidently made the first pot at 5:1... Small panic, so we made the next one at 3:1... 5 minutes later the pot is smoking and the reding is furiously bubbling... Thinking that 5:1 is better we went back to that dubiously for the last pot... Repairs all sorted we wnet to lunch only to find that the 5:1 resin pot had also smoked whilst we were gone... Everything has gone off though:) all that is left to do is a bit of time with the dremel on my race paddles to get them sanded down and back at the correct shape... Think I can remember  how the curve goes...

Just out of interest who expects a present when I get back?
