Funnily enough we had significant amounts of rain last night and the river is too high to be worth paddling... Fancy that in a worlds week...

So it was off to the lake this morning for a cheeky speed session. I am now sitting in the shade of the tourist office borrowing their Internet, it is a cracking day' blue skies and it is around 25 degrees..
