The sun is shinning and the birds are singing in sort this morning, it looks like being another hot day here today. The river seems to be settling into a stready level now. We are hoping it doesn't fall any further now as the level is ok for the classic and every centimetre further it falls is a few seconds longer the race will take.
Last few days now, so I am doing a lot of resting and the rest if the time it is specific tuning up for the race. I can't make myself faster now only slower!
