Today has been a very cruisy day. We had boat scrutineering this morning, here our boats are checked to ensure they are within regulations. A k1 wildwater boat must be less than 4.5m
Long, greater than 60cm wide and must be over 11kg. My boat passed no worries which wasn't a surprise as it was ok at world cups, unfortunately it hasn't got any lighter so I am 600grams overweight:(!!!
I paddled this afternoon at race time, I felt ok on the river and only made own small error that I need to fix in the race tomorow. I had a recovery swim in the pool again it's a hard life...
I am not sure if I am feeling good or not. Will relax and let it happen tomorrow and all should be good... Fingers crossed.
