The river is rising!!!!!

Today the river was on the rise, so it was very nice and bouncy. I am really starting to handle the water well now,  and seemed to be not lost in the lost valley! Which is good, although i did have one or two loose moments further down ghe course. There are a couple of spots where if i time my strokes right or wrong depending on how you look at it I can launch the whole boat out of the water! 

The river is meant to keep rising until Saturday or Sunday where it is going to be twice the race height, give or take 5cusecs... So there should be some fun times coming up to the weekend! Race height will be 55-60, today was maybe 80 Saturday it is expected to peak at 114... Fun times:)! 

There are a few more people around to paddle with now, with all of the autralians here now except stew and ben, who are hiding out in austria for another week. 

Tomorrow there should be some more bouncyness on the river, I am planning to do some more hard intervals on ten river in an attempt to get better at going faster on whitewater.
