I have been keeping myself up to date with happenings in the news via the abc website. My favourite story so far has been headlined argentinians allowed sex (during the world cup). It's ok as long as they don't have champagne?how is this a news story? On an Australian website!

The Australian wildwater team has a strict no sex policy! 

Sort was only a balmy 25 degrees today:( the river was raging.. And I spent the morning doing Nasty nasty things to myself on the lake and had the afternoon off as a consequence... 
Tomorrow is a day off paddling so should be back in action again Saturday, hopefully the river doesn't use to the predicted height, if it does I will be training on the lake as no one else is silly enough to paddle the classic course and it would probably be a little unsafe to get on the river allone... How soft do i sound???

Feeling like I am paddling ok though, mostly sorted with lines so I am starting to feel like eveything is on track!

I will try to put up some more photos or video tomorrow.
